Bourbon - Dijon Chicken

This is one of my favorite dishes ever! The sauce is a delicious Woodford Reserve Bourbon & dijon cream that is served under a chicken breast filled with havarti, country ham, & pesto. The chicken is lightly sautéed and fanned to expose all the ingredients inside Yummy!
