Baby Dutch Rosemary O'Brien Potatoes

These little spuds have a wonderful buttery flavor and a great creamy texture. My Father in Law calls them “Little Camping Potatoes” from memory of those outdoor excursions with a pound of bacon and a couple of onions. I added a few ingredients and shrunk the potatoes but the flavors are incredible.
