Balsamic, Tarragon, and Shallot BBQ Loin Back Ribs
I know everyone has their own idea of the perfect rack of ribs. This recipe happens to be mine! Slowly cooked smoked baby back ribs, with a sweet shallot and bourbon barbecue sauce. Yummy! It has a great balance of heat, sweet, and vinegar to make your taste buds race after you taste pork that falls off the bones.
